Detox: Day 6

Weight: 161.6 (down 5.2 overall, up 0.2 from yesterday)

Today has been super busy, so no food pics, but I remained on track with my detox. I was surprised that the scale only went up 0.2 after my dinner out.

Breakfast: Smoothie and Tea

Lunch: leftover stirfry

Dinner: salad bar- just lettuce, artichoke hearts, baby corn, and grape tomatoes, sprayed with balsamic vinegar and a tiny bit of olive oil (no idea how to track this one)

Snack: dried fruit

I'm still a little hungry, so I'm hardboiling some eggs right now- I've only hard boiled a few times, and I think I might be failing at it right now. Oh well!

    I ALWAYS fail at hard boiled. I don't know why. I'm just totally and completely inept at it.
