Now that I track my food intake each day, I see that although I do check the labels, the calories/fat really add up! I never thought that the little things add up so quickly. I hate it because I am over every day (or reach my goals way too early in the day) but I'm very determined now to be within my goals but still not OVER. What a shock to my system, but I'm glad I'm doing it as it causes me to think very hard about what I eat (and when, how many, etc).
