No, it's not true, and I actually stayed on track except for 71 fat (need no more than 57), but it was a shock to me, so I'm sharing my "tracking story."
When I was tracking for yesterday, I was piecing together a chili dog I'd eating for dinner--yeah, I know, not my best choice. So, I looked up the turkey weiner and the bun; so far, so good. Then, instead of 1 serving of hot dog chili sauce, I clicked on the whole thing.
Then, w/o looking, I ran my daily number; probably a good thing, since it definitely got my attention. I'd tracked over 3000 calories for a little bit of chili sauce on a turkey hot dog.
