OK, so yesterday I could FEEL that I was a little thinner... just felt a bit more peppy... So decided last night I would weigh myself this morning. And I did... AND...

Obviously, there's no way I lost 2 pounds of FAT in 3 days... BUT I think it's just a combo of actually not gorging myself on junk food, actually drinking water/green tea instead of junk, and exercising 3 days in a row... Needless to say, I feel fabulous about it and the loss really just makes me want to keep going even stronger!

Last night I went for my run, and it was oh so wonderful. Cold, about 45 degrees, and a little breezy. Overcast and very wintery, which I totally love. I am one of those weirdos who loves winter and running in the cold~ emoticon Anyway, it really energized me and I got home ready to rock and roll. Grilled a couple steaks, ate only a 4 oz portion, some corn on the cob, and a salad. Had ONE cookie for dessert and reallllllllllyyyyyyy savored it! :-) REALLY wanted another one, but instead of eating 4 more like usual, I had ONE more little one and some Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. YUM.

The plan for today is to do a 30 minute aerobics video and my little Bootcamp workout. I am going to keep on drinking plenty of water/tea and stay on my plan for eating. Brought my lunch again today! :-)

You are not alone! I love running in the winter, too, I just haven't been doing it lately! I just re-joined SP last night and I'm starting small with the 28 day challenge to get back into working out, but I was contemplating going on a short run today. So happy for your success and that you have lost 2 lbs! That is AWESOME!!! Keep up the hard work and the great attitude!!! emoticon
