Originally I was going to title this entry as "Day Two" but in all honesty I couldn't. I've has far too many day 1's , day 2's and so on. So after having tried and failed more times than I can remember... what day is it? I guess I will just settle for plain old Tuesday, November 29th.
If I begin this by counting days then in my mind that means I'm counting down to something. Day 100, day 365, day 500? What difference does the number make if there is no end point so I'm free to go by the plain old calendar. There is no stopping, no grand finale, no day when this ends so there is no use in counting up or down.
So today is Tuesday, November 29th and I feel good about today. I didn't eat perfectly, but I stayed in my range, I didn't exercise perfectly, but I did exercise, I didn't have a day without negative thinking but I did counter some of thee stinking thinking with some positives. So today was a good day.
There are things I will need to do better at and with practice I'm sure I will improve. I need to keep healthy snacks around to ward off cravings, and plan my meals better. I could have pushed through the entire 40 min workout but I did make it through 20 minutes. So tomorrow I will do better.
So now as I finish my day still in my workout clothes, tracking, and blogging I can feel good about the day....Tuesday that is :)~
