I find with myself.. when I don't want to work out. I tell myself that I can do five mins then it always ends up to be 30 or even sometimes an hour. You kinda have to push yourself... Then it feels great and so proud. KEEP IT UP GIRL YOU CAN DO IT! 1697 days ago
