Fall 5% Challenge-down 4 pounds
Preparing for the winter 5% Challenge.
**exercise 30-60 minutes everyday (or equivalent if a day is missed).
**follow heart health diet, track daily.
**strength train twice a week.
**check in daily with team.
**attend one SparkPeopleLive meetings a week.
Reasons to lose weight:
**get off BP med that was just started.
**several health reasons.
**feel better about myself.
**be free to do what I really want to do-not be hindered by my weight.
Goals and reasons are the same.
