Fall 5% Challenge-down 4 pounds

Preparing for the winter 5% Challenge.


**exercise 30-60 minutes everyday (or equivalent if a day is missed).
**follow heart health diet, track daily.
**strength train twice a week.
**check in daily with team.
**attend one SparkPeopleLive meetings a week.

Reasons to lose weight:

**get off BP med that was just started.
**several health reasons.
**feel better about myself.
**be free to do what I really want to do-not be hindered by my weight.

Goals and reasons are the same.

    How are you doing? I've been losing a lb a week on a challenge, since Sept 12. Yep I lost during the holidays, too. I have final weigh-in on Sunday morn Jan 1st, to see if I accomplished the challenge of a lb a week, but I feel like I've already won, even if I don't make it all the way.

    Woohoo! I'm a little late in wishing you a great start on the new challenge. Hope this was a good week for you. I lost my Thanksgiving kilo - now for the hard part! But we can do it! Great team this time around! emoticon
