Weight: 162.8 (down 4 overall)
Started out the day feeling like I'm slimming down a bit, so I wanted to take a pic to make myself feel a little better about myself (if I'm brave enough on day 9, I MIGHT post my before bikini shots from day 1... it's scary!).
Then started out with my made up smoothie that I actually really like, some milk, and some tea... starting out the morning trying to flush out the system :P
Packed up my lunch and headed out. Only my key to my garage got stuck in the lock, so I messed with that for about 30 minutes, and still couldn't get it out. So I left for school with it still in the door.
Embarrassing admission: I am on a dating website, and happened to notice my neighbor is on it too. Sent him a message through it asking for help since I don't have his number. Luckily, he is a very nice guy and came over tonight to help get it out... took him a while and some pliers, but it finally came out, and it was a good excuse to socialize with him for a bit.
Got to school and realized that I left my lunch and snacks on the countertop at home. I was soooo irritated, especially after the garage door. I went all the way back home to get it to make sure I remained on track for the day. I love living so close to work now!
My first lesson of the day was taught while eating a banana and drinking lots of tea. Also, this week I am eating lunch in my classroom so that I do not fall into the temptation of holiday treats in the lounge. It sucks, but it's something I've gotta do for myself. Lunch was leftover stirfry... but I wasn't too hungry, and only wound up eating half.
Spent forever debating what I wanted for dinner, and made some sauteed mushrooms. Yum!
Also had my snack of popcorn (I am cheating on this a bit... it's Smartpop, but it has butter).
Didn't wind up working out today, but it's ok. Tomorrow is another day, and my nutrition stayed on track for the fourth day in a row. Yay! Tomorrow is going to be the tough day- I'm going to dinner with some friends from college, and they picked an Italian restaurant. Cheese and carbs are my weakness! But I'm going to try to get them to make me a special salad.
It's way later than I expected to be up, so I've gotta get ready for bed, night :)
