Back from the Post-Thanksgiving Hangover

Not really in the alcohol sense though.
Worked out quite a bit over the break - but undermined it via diet. also battling through some lower leg running-related stress (shins and Achilles), but using massage, ultrasound, ice, and compression socks to work through it.
13 days to the first 5K. Hoping I can break 30 minutes.
