End of week three... Success

Down a total of 11 pounds in 3 weeks. That is not the "only" good news. What I am so happy about is that I am learning to change my Habits of Disease for Habits of Health. It's working!
I will never weight the same as I do today (unless accident or unforeseen occurrence)!
Moving toward my Optimal Health and BMI... Finally!

emoticon no more empty calories... eat whole, clean foods
