I am definitely in the 130s, weighing in at 138. One pound shy of my Thanksgiving goal, but still sitting at 114 pounds lost. That means I only have 12 pounds to go to reach half my original size, or 126 pounds.
Losing pounds is definitely getting harder and slower, and I'm now just shooting for one pound a week, which so far, has been doable. I'm pushing myself harder and harder and doing things I never thought were possible...like running a 5k with a stroller or running for an hour straight this morning.
I'm also letting my eating slip a little, but am maintaining wonderfully. This just shows me that I truly have made a lifestyle change and this weight will NEVER come back.
I can't believe I'm this close- if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!
