I got mad at someone (AT&T) on the phone and threw it....right into my flat screen HD computer monitor......ARRRRG. shattered. I am on hubby's computer. blech. I'm such a ***insert profanity here*** I don't think I've ever been this angry at myself...or atleast not for a really LOOOONG time. I think I'm going to go find a good size snickers bar. LOL

    I totally understand how someone on the phone can make you that angry! Especially, when it is some kind of "service". But, as said before, don't turn to a snickers bar, turn to exercise or even "cleaning". Make use of your "energy"! Meanwhile, look on craig's list or in the paper for used screens. Or, who knows, maybe Santa will bring you a new one....lol hehehehe or is that hohohohohh??!!!

    Please don't! Run around the block instead. Next week you will still have a broken screen but you won't hate yourself too. (Been there done that.) I tend to turn to food for comfort too and sometimes as I'm opening my mouth to put it in, I wonder why I'm doing this to myself and I actually stop and throw it into the trash. I've done so many dumb things and have lived to kick myself around the block dozens of times - why add an additional reason to punish myself?

So you made a mistake. We all make them in a flash of temper. I guess you just have to own it and move on. Please forgive yourself. You are worth so much more than the screen!
