OMG- This year is almost over, say what, yep that's right we will say good bye to 2012 in 35 more days and on to the next one!
Well, I am ready cause I know I will have accomplish my weight loss goal this year to end the year under 200 lbs, yep on January
, 2013 I will wake up and be 199lbs, the lowest weight I've been in over 10 years if not more. I am so excited to see this happen, that I am starting tomorrow with a new plan to ensure I can say
The 30 day shred is awesome, even though I did not complete it everyday in November, I got in enough workouts to know that it works (at least five a week). On Thanksgiving morning, I made sure I did my 20 mins with Jillian. I did every single jumping jack ,push up and butt kick (sometime I take a break),
but I did everything and gave it my all. Needless to say on Friday I was really sore, my arms hurt, my thighs were burning and I could tell I had a great workout. You know the motto no pain no gain, so I was happy to be in pain.
Next week, I am going to start Dr. Ian 4 day diet, I would like to say I am going to follow it through the end of the year. But right now I can commit to the first 4 days only, since I haven't read the entire book yet. But I do like the fact there is no meat involved, I am not much of a meat eater, I am more of a carb eater. So I'm heading to the grocery store later today with my list in hand.
My daughter knows my favorite store is Ann Taylor and the Loft( even though I haven't been able to shop there in a few years), so she picked me up a pair of 16 jeans. Now, Ann Taylor runs on the small side and there are no W behind any of her sizes, so these are a normal size 16 jeans. She also bought me a few XL shirts. Needless to say the shirts fit perfectly and I wore one for Thanksgiving (got lots compliments on my new figure), but those jeans well let's just say (beware picture is not so pretty)
I almost there.
So, I would really like to fit these jeans by December 10th, (I have a party to attend) not sure if I plan to wear them, but it would be nice if I could just fit them. Not sure how many inches or pounds I have to lose, but I am willing to give it a try.

60 mins Cardio
64oz water along with the Dr. Ian 4 day Diet
