35 days left

OMG- This year is almost over, say what, yep that's right we will say good bye to 2012 in 35 more days and on to the next one!

Well, I am ready cause I know I will have accomplish my weight loss goal this year to end the year under 200 lbs, yep on January emoticon, 2013 I will wake up and be 199lbs, the lowest weight I've been in over 10 years if not more. I am so excited to see this happen, that I am starting tomorrow with a new plan to ensure I can say emoticon

The 30 day shred is awesome, even though I did not complete it everyday in November, I got in enough workouts to know that it works (at least five a week). On Thanksgiving morning, I made sure I did my 20 mins with Jillian. I did every single jumping jack ,push up and butt kick (sometime I take a break), emoticon emoticon emoticonbut I did everything and gave it my all. Needless to say on Friday I was really sore, my arms hurt, my thighs were burning and I could tell I had a great workout. You know the motto no pain no gain, so I was happy to be in pain.

Next week, I am going to start Dr. Ian 4 day diet, I would like to say I am going to follow it through the end of the year. But right now I can commit to the first 4 days only, since I haven't read the entire book yet. But I do like the fact there is no meat involved, I am not much of a meat eater, I am more of a carb eater. So I'm heading to the grocery store later today with my list in hand.

My daughter knows my favorite store is Ann Taylor and the Loft( even though I haven't been able to shop there in a few years), so she picked me up a pair of 16 jeans. Now, Ann Taylor runs on the small side and there are no W behind any of her sizes, so these are a normal size 16 jeans. She also bought me a few XL shirts. Needless to say the shirts fit perfectly and I wore one for Thanksgiving (got lots compliments on my new figure), but those jeans well let's just say (beware picture is not so pretty)

I almost there.

So, I would really like to fit these jeans by December 10th, (I have a party to attend) not sure if I plan to wear them, but it would be nice if I could just fit them. Not sure how many inches or pounds I have to lose, but I am willing to give it a try. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Last week in November plan:

20 day shred
60 mins Cardio
100 sit-ups
64oz water along with the Dr. Ian 4 day Diet

    I definitely needed that reminder!!! I must keep my focus, there end of the year is here!! And I want to make these goals I have set up...let's continue to keep our eyes on the prize this last month!!!

    You will never reach your goal if you don't try. So, no matter if you reach it or not, trying is MOST of the battle. I am proud of you and all the hard work you are putting in. Keep it going soror. Under 200 is DO~ABLE! emoticon

    I believe you can do it. I had to change i up myself. The workout DVD's were getting boring so I'm hitting the treadmill more and more. You can do this!!! emoticon emoticon

    You've got a challenge cut out for you.. & I'll be here, cheering you on to the finish!! Your goals are achievable, as long as you remain determined & committed! You can definitely leave the 200s behind in 2011! Now its time to grind hard to get ready for the Dec party! Go hard & accomplish your goals!! You have a great plan to help get you there.. Make it Happen!
