It's been a few weeks since I started experimenting with Melotonin... And basically I came to a simple Conclusion....
Melotonin is GREAT when it comes to falling asleep and waking up refreshed.... But for only 2-3 hours at a time... For me at least. I now trust it enough to use on days I stay up late and need to get a few hours of sleep in before work. I have not experienced any hangover feelings like with Benadryl... But again... I only get 1-3 hours of sleep before i wake up.
Now I'm moving onto the next supplement: 5-HTP (both regular and extended formulas).. I am logging everything using my UP Fitness Tracker (I love the sleep tracking feature) and I also log in a separate app called DailyTracker that lets me take into consideration my eating habits and activities.
Also... Using Sparkpeople ... Obviously
