I'ts not easy. I'm not even 1/2 way through my first day of modified eating. I did manage to walk this morning, though my cold is still lingering. Also cheated slightly and ate 4 reaces pieces left over from my daughters thanksgiving.
This evening will be the real challenge. I've gotten so bad at eating before bed. My strategy is to eat 2 cups of air cooked pop corn. I just keep remember that this 50 lbs will NOT come off unless I change my eating habits and drastically reduce my calorie and fat intake : ( I dont want to grow old like this : (
