a blog called marksdailyapple.com about primal fitness and health. It goes back to caveman days and how they ate and lived and how fit they were. It makes a lot of sense to me. A lot more than how we live now sometimes. I am seriously considering following this eating plan for a while and see if it helps with the waistline. I have been reading so many different books that follow this type of thinking about wheat, grains and insulin. I don't think it will be easy to get started especially this time of year, with all the goodies in the house, but I do believe if I can cut out grains, and watch the carbs and sugar it could be the answer.
I have been fighting the belly fat for years, and it gets worse and worse. My weight is not bad at all, it is the fat in the tummy area. That is really about the only place I have it. I have tried everything else. going to try this.
