Hi all. My goal for the duration of this 5% Challenge is to reach and surpass my short term goal of 185 pounds. I will achieve this by:
Exercising: At least 30 minutes daily for the 56 days of the challenge. Doesn't always have to be running or strenuous, but has to be something like doing the Walk Away The Pounds moves while watching one of my new favorite shows: "Prime Suspect." Weighing in every Saturday, good or bad.
Diet: I'll continue to focus on eating more fruits and veggies and tracking cals as close as possible, as this seems to be working. Posting what I eat daily for ultimate accountability.
Support: Will be given freely and often to my team mates because it helps. This journey can get the better of any of us and it's good to have good people around when the light at end of the tunnel grows dim. Shooting for daily posting but will do the best I can.
