I will.....
*stay within my calorie range
*Continue daily 60 minutes or more of cardio
*work out with weights two to three times per week
*add 15 minutes of cardio in the late evening - this has sometimes helped
me to lose weight
*add a new cardio activity
* continue working on the interval and trying to increase intensity of
exercise
*continue drinking 4 cups of water before meals
*support my teammates
