Well November is almost over and i have just maintained my weight

Another frustrating month of November , the best i could do was maintain my weight at 159. Birthday trip, social eating was te reason but what can I say.

I am back on track, I know xmas is coming up and lots of eating is going to be the theme, will exercise as much as I can.

I hope to be at 159 or 155 for Dec. 31 but i think not gaining will be the goal. I might surprise and lose weight, i dont know.

but come January, - i have a few challenges with coworkers and gym buddies to lose 10 pounds by March 31.

i really am going to work my butt off in January.

    emoticon Especially at this time of year, Maintaining is a Success in my book!! Throwing a Birthday in to the mix makes it even more Challenging!!
Just keep making as many Good Choices as you can, and be as active as possible, you will Rock That Challenge in January!!
