I'm struggling this morning, but it doesn't negate the gratitude in my heart for ALL God's gifts and goodness stored up for His children! I stand in AWE of His mercies--new every morning! Especially I'm grateful for His mercies regarding this LIFE-LONG journey to eating healthier, mindfully and moderately!!!! I've stumbled this week, and in some ways I feel very defeated this morning over that fact; however, the one who GETS BACK UP is not defeated! He is still in the fight! I'm not giving up!!!!!

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful for my Sparkfriends!!!! WOW!!! Who would have thought that a website could connect hearts in such a DEEP way!!!!

You have been FAITHFUL FRIENDS!

A--AWESOME! This is an understatement! But I do stand in awe of HOW MANY times my friends have come to my aid!!!!


I--IMPORTANT! If it wasn't for you guys, I would have probably given up several times! But you rally behind me and cheer me to victory!!!!!


T--THOUGHTFUL!!!! Goodies, notes, GIFTS in the mail, visits!!!! I can't get over the thoughtfulness of my friends on SP.


F--FESTIVE! WOW, the pages that my friends have CREATED! I have some pretty creative and FUN friends!!!!!


U--UNDERSTANDING! Even when I've blown it! My SparkFriends rally behind me! Thanks for such a GREAT community!!!!


L--LOVING! That word truly sums up my SparkFriends!!!!! LOVING words, loving actions, loving notes, loving gifts!!!! Thank you for your love!!!!
