Invite to join in a challenge 3-4 lbs wt loss by Jan 1, 2012

Thursday, November 24, 2011

Well just a little over a month until the new year. I am not sure what everyone else does with regards to the holidays but I am of the Christian faith and celebrate Christmas with a tree, decos and SNOWMEN , my collection! LOVE them almost as much as my favorite live snowmam! I am currently wrting my last paper of the semester and then I will have the whole month of Decemer off . I am doing a master's in nursing education but also work as a Cardiac care nurse. So I am a busy, that is why I haven't been on here in a while.

I would love to do a challenge for December because I love the goodies too much this time of year. I would be content not to gain wt over Christmas but instead I would like to lose between 3-4 lbs, anyone like to JOIN Me in this challenge! I need the support of my SP . Thanks

Count me in too! December is stressful. Nothing is off limits - just in moderation. Which is what we all need to improve on. We are in this together. That's the great thing about Spark People!!!!

I will join you in your challenge. I have been a member of SP for a long time but have gained weight over that time. I need to get a handle on myself and get rid of some weight.

I too am a Christian and LOVE snowmen! emoticon I work in a bank as a teller. I'm married with 2 teenage daughters.

Thank you for this challenge! I will gladly join you. This will help me get through tempting times over the next month. I bake for shut-ins and for my family and friends for Christmas gifts. I usually gain 3 or 4 pounds during December. I need support to! Fantastic idea!
