NERVOUS about tomorrow!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

And about that.... IM NERVOUS! I did horrible today! I forgot to grab my lunch for work.. and i forgot that my work was buying pizza because it was crazy busy! So, i ended up grubbing on pizza for lunch.. came home and made mini double layer pies for thanksgiving.. ate one of those and my mom order MORE pizza!! I ate about a 12 inch pizza to myself in 1 day! ON TOP of eating food tomorrow! :( not 2 excited!

    It happens dear, my advice? Get a walk in. Drink lots and lots of water. It will be okay. Accept and move on to a better day!

    Meh. It happens. Take a deep breath! You can do this!

You know the drill, right? The wheat will make you retain water for a couple of days

and the scale will be mean to you for a week

and then (if you get back on track on Friday and plan your weekend out) it will all go back to your new normal, which is feeling good and staying in control!

Focus on the turkey and low carb veggies today and all will be well! (A little slice of pie might not hurt too much....)

Focus on the Thanks part of Thanksgiving and the rest will take care of itself.

    I am totally feeling the same. I was going to workout last night in preparation for eating today, but instead I went to a work party where I drank and then ate way way too much, so now its not just today's eating but I feel terrible about last night too. I guess the best thing to do is accept that these things happen and focus more on preventing them in the future.

    If your off work then there is no excuse not to get out and walk before and after the big meal is served. Seems like hindsight told you how much your ate (and hopefully you logged it to see how many calories). Today START out by logging what you will eat and see where you can splurge and what is really NOT worth the calories. Skip dessert all together! Good Luck!
