Stuck

My weigh scale is stuck. I am walking, more then ever now, I am staying within my calorie range diligently, and nothing budges. In fact I get a lot more vigorous exercise in than when I started to lose weight and then my weight was just melting off. I am not sure how to get the crazy spinning gadget to move.

On the plus side, I am so determined that this weigh scale has to move that I am getting a lot more toned.

If anyone reads this blog...give me your ideas, please.

    NEVER THINK THE SCALE IS THE ONLY WAY TO MEASURE HOW MUCH YOUR LOSING........ WALKING MORE IS PROBABLY HELPING YOU TO LOSE INCHES....... GAINING MUSCLE AND LOSING FAT..... MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.. SO YOUR TONING UP.. SOME PEOPLE AT THE BEGINNING LOSE A BUNCH OF WEIGHT THEN IT STOPS.... THAT HAPPENED TO ME... SOME TIMES WALKING ISN'T ENOUGH AFTER YOU'VE LOST SOME WEIGHT... SO YOU MIGHT NEED TO THINK ABOUT SOME WEIGHT TRAINING ALONG WITH YOUR WALKING......
