but I love starting over. It's like a whole new chance to do it right. I'm having a hard time with comfort foods this week so I'm focusing today on 3 things: TRACKING everything, no matter how high in fat and calories; drinking water (at least 8 glasses); exercise (omg - the 5K I signed up for is only 19 days away!!!!! - Note the slight panic in my voice.). I'm browsing SP for inspiration...time to read more from the SP book!
