My weight last week on the weight watchers scale: 192.6
This week was 193.2. So +.6....but overall, still -60 from my heaviest. And considering how lax I was about tracking and exercise... well, it could have been much worse. Still, it makes me mad because I had gained the week before (+1.2 which I blamed on "Aunt Flow")... so it was not pleasant to see the numbers go up again.
Well, time to suck it up and get back to work. Yes, its Thanksgiving week and I'm determined that next Tuesday there will be a loss on the scale. I even have a plan! ;) The general plan is to stick to my points target today and tomorrow...and save any exercise and weeklies I might want to blow for Thanksgiving. I intend to enjoy some of my favorite foods, but the key word is SOME. And yes, I will be logging it all here. Just knowing I had to write in the blog yesterday was a big help.
Another thing I will be doing on Thanksgiving is to do my running clubs Turkey Trot prediction race. Its a 10K,so that ought to net me quite a few activity points! lol
Anyhow, on to today's food log and plan for exercise. In the Biggest Loser challenge I'm part of (Go Camo Crew!!) the challenge is to get 90 minutes activity for our LCW (Last Chance Workout). I got a run in this morning for 36 minutes...so that leaves me 54 to go to meet that goal. Working night shift like I am (1-9pm) makes it a bit challenging, but if I can get 10-15 minutes of some sort of activity on my dinner break -- I'm thinking stairs or just walking depending on if the rain lets up then I could easily hit the treadmill after work for 40 min.. or if I really had to I could do the entire remaining time on the treadmill... I have this audiobook on my mp3 player that needs listening too. heh
In terms of Cleveland training, I think my 2.91 mile run/walk was good to keep me on schedule.

*Etools counts a 12min mile or faster pace as "running" and my average was about 12:43 so I played it safe and lowballed the activity points earned from this morning.
**I got home from work too tired, the 36 min will have to be it.. sorry Camo buddies, I'm not gonna make the 90 min challenge...
