It seems like I LOVE to focus on what I do wrong and today I just want to list the things I have been doing right as a reminder that I really CAN do this!
In the last 2 weeks I have gone out of my calorie range only two times!
I have given up soda for 12 of those 14 days!
I set up a work out area in the basement so I can work out, do my dvds, watch tv and do laundry at the same time!
I have been exceeding my work out goals!
I have been keeping a journal everyday so I can keep my thoughts and feelings through this process, and leave all the negative things there and NOT let them keep bringing me down!
I look forward to my Monday morning weigh in instead of dreading it!
I am working on motivating my husband into losing weight!
I am becoming a more positive person!
