I know -- you can find me on the games message boards. My fingers are now in fine shape. My brain is a little bit stronger (maybe). And by backside is probably a little broader. I think I can better use my time exercising other parts of my body but I always say -- tomorrow. I looked back at my positive last blog where I listed my accomplishments (which are mostly still in my repertoire) but I have not moved on. I am afraid to get on the scale -- I really don't need it to know where I am. So -- how do I move on? (That is a rhetorical question because I know the answer.) The BIG step today is to EXERCISE. I must get it back into my schedule -- no excuses. Today is the day (even though I said that yesterday).
