Find something-whether big or small- to genuinely appreciate.
Recall a time of feeling sincere appreciation.
Intentionally focus on the feeling.
Self-generate positive emotions.
Gratitude in Focus: Keep gratitude in focus with photos.
Blessing Reminders:Remind yourself with a sticky note or an alarm on your phone to pause for a moment or two to reconnect. Find something from that day to appreciate or appreciate yourself for your commitment.
Keep a Gratitude Journal: At the end of each day write down your list.
This is something I need to focus on everyday!!
