I have been doing so good, planning my meals, taking healthy lunches to work, wearing the belts out on my treadmill (lol), and yet seem to have hit that wall with dropping pounds....
I know I am making progress because my clothes are getting loose,people are commenting to me that I look like I've lost weight and its getting easier to go farther and faster on my treadmill.....so why isnt it showing on my scale?
It is so disappointing to know you are working so hard to do everything you should and yet just cant seem to bust thru that plateau on the weekly weigh in.
How do you deal with getting past the plateau???? I mean you start to question yourself on everything that you are doing, like is it enough? And how can I do any more than I am?
I believe this is the point where some throw in the towel.....I dont intend to be one of those!
Just looking for ideas to help break thru this wall......anyone?
