Not going to IF today - saving that for wednesday, but did do over an hour of cross country skiing
10 things that are different from Day 1. Well let's see.
1. carbs are lower
2. freezer is full of grass fed beef
3. eating more veggies
4. eating more home grown chicken eggs
5. clothes are much looser
6. energy level is higher
7. able to work out longer and stronger
8. drinking more water
9. tried several new meals and foods
10. My Primal focus is back on!
