In the morning I did 70 minutes of vinyasa flow. This type of yoga is very challenging for me. It requires a lot of strength and balance and I am so motivated to keep getting better at it.
In the afternoon I went for a run with Jennifer. She is starting to run again after being off for six weeks with a sprained ankle. We did 2.2 miles in 27 minutes, a little slow but that is what she needs right now. She is preparing to run her first 5K on Dec 3, a trail race.
