For a long time I have wondered how I managed to stay at the "plateau" I had reached...I felt I was eating fairly well and maybe it was just not enough exercise. Now that I am trying to record all my food AND seeing the caloric totals! I am shocked. I do still need to adjust my exercise levels..but now I also see how I am unconsciously sabotaging myself. Time to get going now and buckle down to some positive adjustments.

Tracking every bite or sip I swallowed really opened my eyes! As long as I keep it up I know I can meet my goal - and you will too! Plateaus are so challenging - it really helps to see the little successes - to look at everything in a positive light!
