    Very fun blog post! I need to remember to cook with more spices. Of course, they make things taste better, but I tend to forget that many of them are beneficial. Also, the quotes were very funny!

    I love cinnamon added to roast beef or a beef stew or chili (think Cincinnati chili). It doesn't taste like cinnamon when the cooking is done and leaves you wondering what that subtle flavor is.

I'm exploring the differences among black peppers thanks to Penzeys giving me a boost in that area.
