I have been missing my spark fam this week. I have not logged on much, not tracking food, not going to the gym, managed to lose 3 lbs this week. Can't really reflect it on my weight tracker because my weight had "blossomed" 7 lbs. Have you ever been too embarrassed to add weight back to your tracker? I was, but I'm happy to say, my weight has fallen below the last weight I posted.
How? I think for I've been too busy to do all that snacking. I'm making a conscious effort to not eat late at night and I'm watching portion control. It works!!!
