So, for the past week or so, I've been keeping track of what I've been eating. Everything. Even when it's ugly and the numbers make me want to cringe. Being brutally honest with myself is good. It helps me admit that I'm not perfect, that I don't have to be perfect. It helps me to stop being in denial. And when I'm not in denial, I can change. The change may be slow, but regardless, it is change.
