Ok, so years ago I lost 47+ pounds........those seemed easier than these 8 that are sticking around. It's my fault only........I have been eating candy corn like NO TOMORROW! UGH, it's totally frustrating......and has been the reason for the 8 up! UGH!
I run 4 days a week~ and sometimes 5 as in this past week.....so it seems like I'm craving more afternoon sugar! I think perhaps I'm not eating enough protein, etc.......I don't know! But I'm really HOOKED on sugar!
I have a bag of candy corn at school! I am VOWING to throw it out when I get there today!!!
