OK, ugh this is way harder than I thought

Friday, November 18, 2011

Ok, so years ago I lost 47+ pounds........those seemed easier than these 8 that are sticking around. It's my fault only........I have been eating candy corn like NO TOMORROW! UGH, it's totally frustrating......and has been the reason for the 8 up! UGH!
I run 4 days a week~ and sometimes 5 as in this past week.....so it seems like I'm craving more afternoon sugar! I think perhaps I'm not eating enough protein, etc.......I don't know! But I'm really HOOKED on sugar!
I have a bag of candy corn at school! I am VOWING to throw it out when I get there today!!!

    Thanks friends!
It means so much to read your posts! I'm fine when I'm at home but seems that when I'm done with work, I just stress eat the day away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!! And it's always sugar! I have noticed on weekends, when I take a nap, I don't crave crap as much! Hmm, tells me I'm tired and my body is making me want a pick me up! GRRRRRRRRRRRR! emoticon

OMG get rid of that stuff. Flush it down the toilet. Or put it in a big bowl where your coworkers gather and then stay away until the bowl is empty.

Whenever I'm craving carbs if I eat protein instead the cravings go away. If I eat carbs I continue to crave MORE carbs. Vicious cycle.

    Hang in there.

I know all about that sugar crave! It is so frustrating when that scale doesn't move. I have been battling the same situation for months. Have you lost any inches? I have lost a few inches, but, that is it. Good Luck to you. Don't give up.
