Today is my
A lot has happened in that 3 months.
I am living a healthier lifestyle, not a total veg yet but working on it. I feel better each day about the positive changes in my life.
I am getting more exercise, even if it is just a walk. On rainy days I go to the mall and window shop so I can get my steps in without getting soaked or blown away by wind.
My weight loss has been slow but consistent. The first 15 or so dropped quickly but I have done enough "dieting" in my life to know that it is normal to hit plateaus in weight loss.
I am not on a diet this time around, reading "The Spark" taught me that much. I am making better life choices. I want to be around for my great grandkids.
I managed to break my arm and see the good side of it.
I see a chance for growth even in adverse situations. The arm doesn't need surgery, so this too is a good thing.
Finally... ...Today is a good day. I weighed in an found out I lost another 2 pounds.
