It occurred to me that I haven't explained where I got my numbers from. The numbers that I'm using to count the carbs and whatnot are from the "Forever Fit" book by Cher and Robert Haas. I have noticed that the numbers are pretty low, especially for the fat grams, the book is pretty old itself so I got another book by Robert Haas called "Eat to Win - For Permanent Fat Loss" Robert Haas's theory is called "The Ultimate Ratio" and is something he came up generally for elite sports people to reduce the amount of body fat and enhance their physical performance. I have just started this book and in it he even says that a diet too low in fat is not good because your body will rebel, he has stated that a 10 - 20 gram limit of fat is very low. All I know is that it is working well for me as I have never been able to loose weight so easily or follow any diet eating plan as well as I have with this one, especially without having started any kind of exercise yet. So I will read on and find out what the realistic numbers should be and keep you all posted.
Have a great day everyone.
