I recently had to spend over a week away from home staying in a hotel and being forced to eat out for all my meals, having little idea of the calories in the meals I was eating I came back fully expecting to have gained weight. Instead to my delight I had lost 3lbs.
emoticon I had eaten more at each meal but had not snacked at all, no biscuits chocs etc like I would at home.

Now if only I could continue at home

    Hmmmm... how interesting.
And they tell us to eat snacks every few hours to keep our metabolisms revved up.
Maybe your body was just happy for the change of pace.
    Anyway- enjoy it!

Woo Hoo! Congratulations on the weight loss! Well done for not having snacks! I think that is the way to go! Seems to work for me too! Recently I didn't have time for snacks and I lost weight. Now I am back to eating the, its creeping up! But what do I do? My diabetic nurse says eat snacks! Hell!

I love coming to your page to see your lovely roses. Are they from your garden?
