I recently had to spend over a week away from home staying in a hotel and being forced to eat out for all my meals, having little idea of the calories in the meals I was eating I came back fully expecting to have gained weight. Instead to my delight I had lost 3lbs.
I had eaten more at each meal but had not snacked at all, no biscuits chocs etc like I would at home.
Now if only I could continue at home
