well so far no weight loss but still going to the gym 3 days a week 45 min and now I have added doing some cardio alternating days beside walking.....I have a new addiction, Wii Sports Resorts various games and MJ The Experience......I think I wanna get the just dance series and Black Eyed Peas the Experience....

new changes come slow I just hope I see SOME results soon even if its just an inch

    What are you doing at the gym? Have you thought that maybe you're gaining lean muscle AND losing fat which is why you're not showing any weight loss on the scales?
