My first session was Tuesday. Wednesday morning I woke up fine and thought hmmm..... I'm so use to a rough start the day after my work out I discounted the power of pilates. Wednesday night I thought wow I guess I did do something b/c my abs were sore. So I gave myself Wednesday off.
Today is Thursday, this is my second session this week and I am not painfully sore (except my abs) but I'm I diffinately did something stiff. It's amazing how the repetitive motions that seem so basic can really get into the theads of the muscles...
What I enjoy most through out this exercise or any exercise at that is the feel good hurt of using a muscle an then the stretching at the end. The gluts, & hip flexors are two that ALWAYS feel good. Maybe b/c the so easly get overlooked. Anywhoo..... I'm done !!
