Having a great time in Florida. Started with a bare fridge, added only healthy food. Eating planned healthy meals. Bought my supplements today. Walking and swimming daily with some strength and some core. Loving the weather! It's great having my sister to work out with. We are trying new foods and cutting out sugar, pop, and processed foods. Going to swim and do Zumba tomorrow and go to a mineral springs on Friday. My favorite thing so far was seeing two small seahorses and a tiny tropical fish in the ocean. Looking forward to continuing our healthy habits and seeing results!
