Today I doubled my walking time and did a 20 minute walk after dinner. Exercising is hard enough to force myself to do as it is...but doing it at night is especially challenging for me, because it's the time of the day when I am the most worn out from the day's activities. But...it's also the time when I need it most. So, I am pushing my limits, while being very careful of how much strain I put on my poor, damaged back.
