So, my TOM runs in a 3 month period. This is the first time since I started working out and have changed my diet. I have been so freaking hungry and horny. Is this normal?
Ladies, can I get some info?
My foot being all bruised isn't helping my frustration because I can't jog or do my warm yoga. I have been riding the stationary bike and I've already doubled my cardio time for the week & it's only Wednesday!!!!!
I know this may be TMI for some, but I am really at a loss here. I am eating all good stuff though, it's the other H that isn't making sense to me. Are my levels changing?
Before anyone asks, I am single. Ha! I feel like I'm going crazy. I've always been a little crazy but not like this. I don't even know what kind of answers I'm looking for, just something to let me know it's not just me.
