The cardio 5x a week goal needs to be a minimum of 30 minutes each session. Pleased to report I got my day 1 of Livefit done and 30 min of treadmill jogging accomplished as well.

Feeling great today! Weighed in at 157 this morning. I am not happy in the 150s, but I just couldn't TAKE the 160s at all.

I was hesitant to post these pictures after the cute ones of me in 2009, but you know, I am fierce with reality. That is how S*** gets done!!

Here I am on Saturday, 11.12.11:

In a few weeks, when I feel like I can upload a progress pic, I will show you the backside. It is just TOOOOO bad to stand on its own. :)

On Saturday, I was the most I had ever weighed. It was a big slap in the face. I feel great. Empowered.
