    When I have that happen, I also take measurements. Sometimes you are losing fat, gaining muscle and perhaps some fluid held by tired muscles from yesterday's workout.

    YAY, indeed.....that scale is only a tool, it is not judge and jury. Hang in there, babygirl, and stay the course!
