Third Day of NO MO' SUGAR AND I AM FEELING GOOD

I started this week with
I made a raw onion 'bread', the recipe is flax, sunflower seeds, a little oil, nama shoyu, onion and little jalepeno , dehydrated and scored, which gives me a crackery bread for my desire of a sandwich,

I did not go crazy or have any moods, but I may have had so much in me, that I have not started to detox. One thing I know as a diabetic, that any excess sugar in my diet will turn in fat and diabetes is a disease of fat, My fbs sugar has dropped 65 points in 3 days and my no sugar experiment is worth that alone - so I have decided to go for it and make it work.

I experiment with a no sugar cranberry sauce - 2 ripe pears, bag of cranberry and 1/4 all fruit jam - it is a bit tart; a little o.j may lift the sweet some I am going to test it cold, so I will report tomorrow. I usually make a raw relish, with cranberries, raisins, walnuts, frozen oj concentrate and I like that better - but this is okay. It is also cooked.

So, I am off to sleep cause I am needing my rest - I got a date with the pool at 8:00 am
