    thank you for posting it is funny how we can form a habit in a short amount of time but it takes 6 weeks to break that habbit but I feel that any good habit is worth having and trying to keep the good habit..

    I dont know what you get out of it... that is something that you will have to ponder and look for insight about.

    I know that when I over eate that I am stressed out our unhappy about something and I eat to comfort myself and to relax... so I have been tring to find ways to get comfort without eating myself to death...
