Well, I got off to a good start last week, managed to do The Shred twice and then my back went out again. Thankfully this time it is not so serious and I anticipate I will be able to exercise again by this weekend but I have been ordered to "take it real easy" so I'm going to do nothing but Callanetics (a wonderful stretching program that tones and actually helps back problems over time) and walking. It's just so frustrating having all these injuries. I am super grateful that my hamstring is mostly healed. Has anyone else out there ever had a serious hamstring injury? WOW is it a long and troublesome healing process and OH SO PAINFUL! I am anxious to Shred again but am giving myself a full week of stretching before I work out with Jillian again. I don't know when I'll be able to restart S90, it seems pretty far off on the horizon but I will just continue to take a step at a time until I get there.
I'm thankful for SP to help me stay motivated and keep me up on the latest fitness and nutrition info. I love the SP cookbook, do any of you have it? What recipes have you tried? I can't wait for some time to delve into some SP cooking adventures!
