"for the haters" workout

WOW!!! I just did only half of this workout and I'm wheezing like I do when I start running again.

I love this website, I love zuzanna. Her workouts are only 10-20 minutes long, but boy you wanna die halfway in! That's how I just felt! I had to stop about halfway in (5 minutes, this is a 10 minute workout) because I just felt so dizzy and like I was going to faint or have a seizure. That's how I felt when I had a seizure in high school after pushing myself to get under 15 minutes in our weekly 2K run. My legs felt like jello after about 2 minutes of this too lol

I'm going to try doing zuzanna's workouts at least 3 times a week now. Hopefully in a few weeks I can get through the whole 10 minutes of this one, and then can start working on getting faster and more sets within the 10 minutes. In her video she says she did 40. I think I did around 10, although I lost count after 6 because of the dizziness.
